Wednesday, 28 November 2012 - 132.4 lbs

Shirley Temple, The Youngest, Most Sacred Monster of the Cinema in Her Time by Salvador Dalí, 1939

Up 0.4 lbs from yesterday. Marvelous.

I CRAMMED THESE ALL IN MY FACE HOLE:

white chocolate flavored coffee with cocoa, full fat cream, and coconut oil

2 eggs with full fat cream cooked in bacon grease, with full fat sour cream and salsa

2 slices of bacon

handful of mixed nuts

protein drank (after working back, biceps, forearms, little bit o' abs)

handful of raspberries/strawberries

monster salad (romaine, tomatoes, 2 slices of bacon, turkey meat, full fat sour cream ranch dressing)

handful of nuts

German chocolate wine barrel candy thing

Before we proceed with the Great Fidelio Article Spoon-feed, I found a short video (less than 3 minutes) that is worth a gander that speaks to the whole Keys-fat study fiasco we've been talking about the last couple days. It's actually a brief clip from the movie, Fat Head, about which I will have more to say later. If you dig the clip, though, and think you might like to watch the whole film, a link to it is to your right under the "CLICK 'EM ALL" heading.
