Monday, 12 November 2012 - 135.6 lbs

Yesssss. Down 1.4 from yesterday. Celebrated by killing off what was left of the chicken salad and having a handful of nuts, a small piece of salami and havarti, and some chocolate flavored coffee with some coconut oil, coconut milk, and cocoa powder thrown in (tasted like a Mounds bar, only not as sweet, chocolatey, coconutty, or good). Not much of a celebration, really, seeing as how I would have eaten exactly all that anyway. But I like to put exciting spins on things. Like, in a minute, I'll be taking Boscoe on an "adventurous and titillating" walk through the neighborhood. See how that makes for such a much more thrilling read? We like to give our readers their money's worth here at Fidelio.


Pug was walked. Went to the gym. Abs, cardio. Came home and had 2 eggs + coconut milk cooked in bacon grease covered in sour cream and salsa, 2 slices of bacon, a handful of nuts, one of those beef/cheese snack things, a couple slices of salami and havarti, and a cup of cinnamon gingerbread flavored coffee straight up with no accoutrements added. Sometimes I like my coffee like I like my president.
